Rio Alto, Farmfolio’s latest LOTS offering, is a 23-cuadra, highly productive Tahiti Lime farm located in the Caldas region of Colombia. The property features 4098 trees which were originally planted in 2016. The farm has a proven average of 83.3% export ratio, which is rated A+ by lime-exporting facilities in the region. The strategic location alongside the Pacific Highway system, which is part of a multi-billion dollar infrastructure project by the Colombian government and poses significant logistical advantages plus valuational growth opportunities going forward.
Location
For centuries one of Colombia’s agricultural epicenters, the Caldas region is famed for its verdant, rolling hills and gentle climate.
